This retreat is unlike anything most people have experienced. Over six days we will work deeply with the wisdom of the desert, the energy of water, and the somatic intelligence of the body to facilitate real, lasting transformation. This is not just a peak experience, but a genuine shift in how you inhabit your life.

Why the Sonoran Desert in Monsoon Season?
The monsoon season, from late June through early September, is a rare and powerful time in the Sonoran Desert. It is the only time of year the iconic Sonoran Desert toad emerges from hibernation, drawn to the surface by the life-giving rains. This season carries the energy of fertility, flow, and abundance. And it is the energetic backdrop for everything we will be working with during this retreat.

What This Retreat Offers:
This is a deeply intentional container designed around supporting the body to undergo deep transformation of long standing energetic patterns. We don't just give you profound experiences and send you home. We build in the time, the space, and the somatic support to help you actually land in a new way of being so that it becomes something you live every day.

Over 6 days you will experience:

- Sacred Earth-based ceremony — 3 full ceremony days working with a powerful Earth sacrament native to the Sonoran Desert

- Deep somatic reprogramming — guided practices that help your body release what's been held and integrate new ways of being

- Professional bodywork — a private 90-minute session combining hands-on bodywork with small amounts of the sacrament present to facilitate deep somatic unwinding

- Sound healing and guided yoga (optional)

- A full integration day — including optional hiking at Peoria Sunrise Mountain Preserve and connective group activities

- Sharing and integration circles

 - 1:1 support throughout

- Pre-retreat preparation and post-retreat integration support

- 18 month subscription to our online community — includes bi-weekly support calls on Zoom and exclusive resources + offerings only available to those in our community

- Somatic tools to take home for continued body-based practice

The Space:
Blisstopia Retreat Center — a stunning private oasis nestled at the foot of the mountains in Peoria, Arizona. Pool, fire pit, dedicated ceremony space, comfortable private and shared accommodations, and sweeping desert views. Healthy vegan meals are provided throughout the retreat.

Your Hosts:
Emeline Crutcher, PhD brings a rare combination of scientific credibility and deep initiation into Earth-based wisdom traditions. Her grounded, clear presence creates a container where participants feel genuinely safe and powerfully held.

Sonia Marie Salas brings the energy of the sacred feminine, somatic embodiment, and a graceful strength that inspires others to step into their full potential. Sonia holds space with loving warmth and an intuitive capacity for meeting each person exactly where they are.

Audra Weeks is a holistic healer whose own profound healing journey informs everything she brings to the space. Her compassionate, grounded presence and the embodied knowing that real transformation is possible makes her an invaluable part of this team.

Together Emeline, Sonia, and Audra create ceremonies known for their depth, beauty, and genuine transformational results.
